If you haven’t made up your mind yet, Royal Caribbean will do it for you.

The Miami-based cruise line has unveiled plans to push the boundaries of extraordinary even further with a new jaw-dropping, future-of-cruise ship, a fifth Oasis Class ship dubbed “Piste of the Seas” the world’s first ski resort at sea, featuring five real snow runs, a lift and après-ski restaurants, bars and spa.
A first of its kind, the ship is set to launch in 2021 and will offer a truly unique experience for its guests, the company says. A perfect fit for those torn between a cruise or ski break says Ben Bouldin of Royal Caribbean. He adds that 25 snow cannons will be mounted aboard to keep the temperature below two degrees Celsius and the snow level deep enough.
Guests will access the slopes with the help of a state of the art sealift that takes them seamlessly to the top of Mount Mast. Then they can enjoy ocean views before tackling the pistes. Whether you are a seasoned skier or it is the first time to take the slopes, there is a range of ski runs from green to black that will accommodate all experience levels.
Furthermore, the ship will offer a variety of après-ski entertainment: wood paneled, family sized chalet-styled rooms, Nordic deep-tissue massages, the Alpine Spa, the Après Sail Bar.
